- n8n automation workflows may process lead data, form submissions, and CRM entries as part of service delivery
- We do not use your personal data to train general AI models for use outside your specific engagement
Each client’s Hermes AI tenant is isolated on dedicated infrastructure. Your business data, prompts, and AI outputs are not accessible to other clients or used for purposes outside your engagement.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Contact form submissions and consultation records are retained for up to 3 years
- Client service records and communications are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years
